For technical support on equipment purchased from Kudos IT systems or covered by our maintenance services please telephone us using the number on your invoice.

If you require on site technical assistance on your business or home systems not supplied or maintened by Kudos then we will be happy to help. Our rates are £40ph for residential users and £55ph business customers. For clients outside of Stirlingshire/Clackmannanshire there is a small £20 Callout charge if we are required to visit your site.

One-off business Support

If you need help but do not wish to take advantage of our prepaid business support services simply call or email us and we will try to resolve your problem in the most efficient manner and invoice your business after successful completion. Please ask for details when you log your call
